Our Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with the products for any reason, return them for a refund*. Customers have a 30 day return or exchange policy from date of receipt.
Return for Credit
Send the item(s) to the address below at YOUR expense. You must include a copy of your sales receipt / packing list. We will refund your purchase, less all incurred shipping charges and up to a 20% restocking charge to the original source of payment.
Decorated clothing (Embroidered, Screen Printed), altered, worn, laundered or modified in any way cannot be returned for exchange or refund, unless defective.
Send the item(s) to the address below at YOUR expense. You must include a copy of your sales receipt / packing list. Tell us what item you want it replaced with and we will process your order. New shipping charges apply for all exchanges. There are NO restocking charges for exchanged items.

We recommend that you send any returned item(s) via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, (insured), with a tracking number. Items sent but not received by Industrial Uniform Company are not eligible for return or exchange.
Defects in Workmanship
Defects in workmanship will be replaced at our expense. E-mail or call us within thirty (30) days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name with all correspondence.)
Shortages or Incorrect Orders
Claims for shortages or incorrect orders must be presented to us via e-mail or phone within five (5) business days from receipt of the order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name with all correspondence.)
Once you have clicked the “Purchase Now” on the website, the order is electronically submitted directly to one of our many supplier warehouses. This automation by-passes customer service personnel – thus your order cannot be cancelled. We are happy to accept your return or exchange once you receive the items. See returns or exchanges above.
Orders shipped, but refused by the customer, will be charged all shipping charges. Orders submitted for embroidery or screen printing services cannot be canceled.
Shipping charges apply if the order has shipped or is in our distribution system. All order cancellations require email confirmation from our customer service department. Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address will be charged additional freight for the corrected address shipment.
*Shipping charges are not refundable for all purchases, only the purchase price of the item. Decorated clothing (Embroidered, Screen Printed), altered, worn, laundered or modified in any way from the original garment style, cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
